Hi friends,
It has been a while and I apologies. I have been wanting to put more content up but nothing interesting has been happening. I have been busy since its birthday month, organising presents and birthdays because its the year of the 21st's. So I have been a very busy busy bee. Anyhoooooo recently I went to a Fashion/art exhibition show which showcased several different student designers from Curtin University.
So there were 7 student designers (see below) (also apologies to Shinead Ruby for not taking any snaps from her 'Licentious' pieces) and I was quite impressed with the talent and detailing in the garments and artworks. But my favourite would have had to be Jessica Moro's 'Empress' New Clothes'. She had used this beautiful sheer printed patterned and the details of the head pieces and her garments were beautifully done. The jewellery reminded me of Indonesian wedding head pieces I used to see when I was young and it was really beautifully detailed. The other pieces were just as amazing and I cant really cant believe the talent some people have out there. Shame I dont have one myself!
